## What you need

- A TV with Android TV or Google TV, or any TV with a Google TV or Android TV streaming device plugged in
- Wi-Fi where the TV is
- A phone or computer to edit your menu

## Billing questions

### How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with 14 days free. A card is needed to start, but you won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard before it ends.

### How much do I save paying yearly?

Yearly costs ten months' price, so two months are free: about 17% less than paying monthly. Standard is $120 a year instead of $144.

### What counts as a screen?

A screen is a TV paired with the Letrero app. You can have as many menus as you like and put any of them on any of your screens.

### Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down, or switch between monthly and yearly, from your dashboard anytime.

### What happens if a payment fails?

Your screens keep playing for 3 days while you update your card. After that they show that the menu is unavailable until the plan is active again.

### Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. Plans renew each month or year until you cancel, and there's nothing to pay to get started.
